The coffee chat in their own words
“I was feeling a little nervous and excited at the same time when I arrived today. Now, I'm feeling happy, grateful and energized!!
My biggest Aha moment was listening to the wonderful stories of everyone in there and realizing that even though each person had different reasons and very different backgrounds, we all shared a common ground.”
-Raquel
“I was excited and anticipating meeting new people at our first meeting, and thoroughly enjoyed our time together.
My biggest take away was how everyone resonated with the need for connection as young moms and especially as a person immersed in another culture.
I'd love to attend another in-person event especially with kids and my granddaughter.”
-Wenda
“I would love to meet some other moms at the library with their kids.
And they love playgrounds so anytime we can, we will join a playdate in a playground.”
Mums left saying…
The park playdate in their own words
“I think what I loved about the gathering most was feeling like I was being welcomed into a community upon arrival. I'd never met anyone there before but was greeted with smiles and warmth immediately. It was the same for my daughter as she explored a new playground and activities, it was fun!”
-Virginia
“It’s really an amazing experience meeting you all, especially when we see small kids around. Thank you Anna for adding me in the group. Hope to see you all in next events.”

In the words of the original mums
“I have experienced zoom, play date, night out ,..
loved all my experiences,
All I can say it’s a change from my day to day life,
for me it’s refreshing when I meet new people and talk about different topics ♥️♥️♥️♥️ .
Last time @ mom’s night out, we went through our own childhood memory lane for some time 🥹 🥹,
multiple topics are there , for me it’s super amazing all the time . ♥️”

Thank you for having us over. It’s kinda what I think Noviembre said: you meet moms at the library but never really talk to them so you just brought that step closer to talk to other moms by inviting us :)
